About HVAC Rosalia: Heating and Cooling Explained Plainly
Furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps and ductless mini-splits are the equipment we service and put in across Rosalia and the towns around it. When something fails, we tell you what broke, why it broke and what each fix costs before any work begins. Then you decide.
How We Work on Your Home
Most calls start with a symptom: a furnace that lights and then shuts off, an outdoor unit humming while the fan sits still, a heat pump blowing lukewarm air. Our job is to trace that symptom to a cause. A furnace that short-cycles often has a dirty flame sensor, or a high-limit switch tripping because a clogged filter is starving the blower of air. A humming condenser usually points to a failed run capacitor or a seized fan motor. We test the part, show you the reading and explain what it means.
Before a single wrench turns, you have a written quote in hand. If there is a diagnostic fee, it is credited toward the repair, and estimates are free on installations and replacements. We charge no emergency or after-hours fees, which means a blower motor replaced in the middle of a January night is billed at the same rate as one swapped on a weekday morning.
When a repair and a replacement are both reasonable, we lay out both. A cracked heat exchanger is a carbon monoxide risk, not a repair, and we will say so. An older air conditioner with a pitted contactor is a small part swap, and we will say that too. Choosing a heat pump can open the door to Avista rebates and federal tax credits, and we sort out which ones apply to your equipment and walk you through the paperwork to get them.

What You Can Count On
Covered while we work
We are licensed and bonded in Washington and carry $1M general liability insurance. If something on your property is damaged during a job, that coverage is there to protect you.
A year of coverage on our labor
Every repair we make comes with a 1-year labor warranty. If the work doesn't hold, the labor to correct it is on us.
Repairs at any hour
We answer 24/7 for emergency HVAC repair. If your furnace stops on a subzero night, we can walk you through safe checks, like the filter, the thermostat batteries and the breaker, before a technician arrives.
Parts named, causes explained
We tell you which component failed, what it does and why it wore out. Ask whether a repair is worth it on an older system and you get a direct answer based on the equipment's condition. Nobody here is working toward a sales target on your call.
Where We Work
We're based in Rosalia and serve homes across the surrounding area, including Cheney, Colfax, Spokane, Airway Heights, Medical Lake and Fairchild AFB. Our work covers furnace repair and furnace installation, AC repair and AC installation, heat pumps, ductless mini-splits, maintenance plans, commercial HVAC and new construction HVAC.
Maintenance plans start from $14.99 a month and include tune-ups, repair discounts and priority scheduling. A fall tune-up catches worn hot surface igniters and weak inducer motors before the first hard freeze puts your furnace under full load.
